Brazil advanced for the first time in the overall ranking of the Brazil Competitiveness Report, moving from 17th to 16th, suring Peru. Two main reasons explain the progress: first, the country's improvement in factors such as Financing, Taxation and Business Environment. The second reason is the greater impact of the pandemic in countries like Peru, on the Labor and Macroeconomic Environment factors.
